Fees & Payments
Service fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
For plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, invoices are submitted in line with NDIS processes. Self-managed participants are responsible for arranging payments as per agreed terms.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies will be outlined in your Service Agreement. Notice periods may apply, and cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and used solely for the purpose of delivering support services.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality and reliable services, Innovative Disability Services is not liable for:
